Ghaziabad buyers, what hidden costs surprised you most?

Honestly, I completely underestimated how many hidden costs come up when buying. Just got possession of my 2BHK in Amaatra Group's Budh Vihar project last month. I managed to negotiate on PLC and parking charges, but still felt blindsided by some things. Did anyone else manage to get more off the final price? What negotiation tactics worked for you on things beyond the base price?
