Visited a Trendsetters project in Sector 13 last Saturday, a 2BHK. Price quoted was around ₹65L, decent for Ghaziabad, but I'm worried about extra costs. Is this the real price ya upar se aur lagta hai for stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC? Honestly, I had no idea about these. My parents keep saying builders always hide stuff. What's Trendsetters' track record with hidden charges? And negotiation kitna possible hai on these prices? Can I realistically expect to knock off a couple of lakhs, or is it mostly fixed? Ab samajh nahi aa raha final cost kitni hogi.

Bhai, ye ₹65L toh sirf carpet area ka hoga. Ghaziabad mein bhi ab itna kam nahi hota for a decent 2BHK. Trendsetters ka track record waise bhi mixed hai, especially with hidden charges. Stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC... sab milake 10-12% extra pakad ke chalo. Base price pe negotiation mushkil hai, but try for waivers on smaller charges.
