Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but ab lagta hai buying is the only way out. Fed up of renting in Ghaziabad, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. I'm finally taking the plunge. Dekh raha hoon LandCraft River Heights Tower 18 mein, Indirapuram ke paas. Builders jo bolte hain, woh amenities sahi mein milte hain kya? Like pool, gym, clubhouse, yeh sab operational hote hain ya bas showpiece? Also, RERA compliance ka kya scene hai LandCraft ka? Koi past issues toh nahi hain? Bank approvals aur home loan ke liye kitna smooth process hai inke projects ke liye? EMI vs rent ka math toh kar liya, ab bas sahi builder pick karna hai.
