Ghaziabad buying costs just feel like a bigger rent.

Is the EMI vs rent math actually worth it in Ghaziabad right now? I'm so fed up of renting; landlord just hiked my rent again. Finally taking the plunge, looking at a 2BHK, budget around ₹75L. I'm seeing projects by Gaurs in Siddhartha Vihar and ATS in Raj Nagar Extension. With the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro extension, will appreciation outweigh the initial buying costs? Should I just keep renting or is this the time to buy?
