Carpet area numbers are seriously misleading; just got possession in Rasulpur Sikroda and it's noticeably less than what was quoted. My 2BHK from Adwik Homes, listed as 1000 sqft super area, feels much smaller. Nobody truly explains the actual usable space till you're in. This really messes with the 'all-in-cost' perception too. I paid around ₹65L, but after stamp duty, registration, and that 4th-floor PLC, it quickly jumped. What are others seeing for 2BHKs in areas like Vaishali or Siddhartha Vihar? Is the carpet area difference always so huge with builders? Just trying to figure out if my experience is normal or if I missed something big during booking. Honestly, it's a bit frustrating. Hope this helps someone else check thoroughly.

Totally relate to this! My 2BHK in Ahinsa Khand 1, listed at 1100 sqft super area, ended up with a usable carpet area of barely 700 sqft. Builders always play with these numbers. It's frustrating because you calculate your budget based on one thing and get something entirely different. The extra costs like PLC, club membership, maintenance advance, sab milake itna badh jaata hai ki poora calculation hil jaata hai. Adwik Homes ka naam toh maine bhi suna hai, unka track record thoda mixed hai. Did anyone here successfully dispute their carpet area
