Is the resale market for TMR Laxmi Niwas And Om Niwas actually active right now? I'm eyeing a 2BHK, completed, around ₹55L. My parents push Ghaziabad for appreciation but I'm worried about the exit strategy. How easy is it to find a buyer after 5-7 years? I've heard properties sit unsold forever. What's the real capital appreciation for this project? I mean actual selling prices, not just paper value. Is the buyer pool mostly investors or end-users? That affects liquidity big time, doesn't it? Honestly, I don't want to get stuck. Any experiences selling a completed flat in Ghaziabad?
