Renowned Lotus Srishti mein capital appreciation expectations se kaafi kam hai, which is genuinely frustrating. I invested here thinking a completed project would offer better resale liquidity, but secondary market activity seems almost non-existent. My calculated ROI is taking a hit; I'm not seeing the price movement builder promised. Has anyone else faced this problem with their units? What's your actual rental yield for a 2/3 BHK? I'm feeling stuck with this asset.
