Wave Veridia ka naam toh suna hai, but construction quality pe bahut doubts hain. Ye jo post mein likha hai cracks aur seepage ka, kya ye sach mein itna common hai? Ek friend ne Ahinsa Khand II mein property li thi, wahan bhi builder ne initial promises ki dhajjiyan uda di thi. Investor ke liye toh sabse pehle yehi concern hai, agar property ki value gir gayi toh ROI ka kya hoga? Bahut nervous feel ho raha hai as a first-time buyer.
