Yaar, ye Spr Homez by MK Developer ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai. ₹22 L ka price theek hai, but construction quality pe hi doubt hai. If fittings are bad, then maintenance ka headache kaun jhelega? Resale value bhi gir jaati hai aise projects ki.
