Since last Diwali, I've been looking for a bigger 3BHK in Ghaziabad for my growing family. Kids really need proper open space to play safely. I'm checking out Magic JK Homes, and their brochures show amazing green areas, jogging tracks, sab kuch. But site visit pe thoda cramped feel ho raha hai. My main concern is, kitna green space actually usable hota hai after families move in? Is it well-maintained, ya bas naam ke liye hai? Aur kids ke liye play area, is it safe and big enough, or just a tiny swing set? Bahut projects mein dekha hai, brochure pe lush green gardens, but reality mein concrete jungle. What's the real ground reality for these promised green amenities after possession? What do you guys think?

Totally feel you! Yahi exact problem hai, brochure mein sab dreamland lagta hai but site pe jaake reality check milta hai. Especially kids ke liye space, that's non-negotiable. I'm also looking in Ahinsa Khand 1 and facing similar dilemmas. Kitne projects ne toh bas photo-op ke liye greenery dikhayi hoti hai.
