Ghaziabad first home: Is this normal?

My lease ends in 3 months and Balaji Azalea project is still not looking ready. Balaji Group ke saath booking ki thi, but sunn raha hoon construction quality issues aa rahe hain. Plaster cracks, seepage problems... customer support bhi phone nahi uthaate. Mera to sir ghoom gaya hai. Kya kisi aur ne Balaji Group ke saath similar experience kiya hai? How was your possession experience?
