My parents are pushing me to finalize something by Diwali, and honestly, I'm feeling so overwhelmed. I'm looking at Ghaziabad, specifically Pasonda, and Alkraj Developers ka ek project dekh raha hoon. Site visit pe kya kya check karna chahiye? Builder toh sab acha hi batata hai, but experience wale log kya dekhte hain? Also, property price ke alawa, kitna extra budget rakhna padta hai? Stamp duty, registration charges toh pata hain, but aur kya hidden costs hote hain? Utilities, interiors, OC, PLC... I had no idea it was this much. Jo log already ghar le chuke hain, please share your gyan. Koi red flags jo maine miss kar diye hon?
