Modern Railway City — just got possession for my 2BHK with Skardi Realtech a couple of months back. Honestly, the final costs were way higher than what I'd budgeted. I knew about stamp duty and registration, but the builder sprung so many 'miscellaneous' charges at the last minute. Things like unexpected maintenance deposits, utility connection fees, and even some obscure development charges that weren't clearly mentioned initially. My ₹65L flat ended up pushing ₹70L easily. Did anyone else face this with their Ghaziabad property, especially in areas like Vaishali or Raj Nagar Extension? How do you even factor in these hidden costs, or negotiate them down? I feel a bit cheated, tbh.

OMG, this is my biggest fear! I'm looking at a 2BHK in Raj Nagar Extension and the quoted price is already pushing my budget. Hearing ₹5L extra just makes me so nervous. Did you get any detailed breakup for those 'miscellaneous' charges from Skardi? I thought RERA was supposed to prevent this.
Haan bhai, same. Skardi ke paas detailed breakup nahi hota. Sirf ek lump sum 'miscellaneous' dikha dete hain. RERA ka naam sunke toh aur
