Ghaziabad home hunt: Confused about livability

₹50k rent every month for five years, and I'm totally fed up. My landlord just hiked it again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking at Celestial Comfort Condominium in Ghaziabad. It's around ₹1.72 Cr, but I'm worried about real-world living. Is it genuinely a good place for daily life, or just good on paper? What's the community like there? Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? Not sure if it's the right move...
