Ghaziabad home: Price vs actual space dilemma
Ghaziabad mein property search karte karte I'm losing my mind. Rent se toh pak chuka hoon, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Apna ghar lena hai, equity banana hai. Shree Krishna Unione Residency aur Mittal Rajnagar Residency, dono completed hain. Shree Krishna ka price point attractive hai, but I'm worried about hidden costs ya actual carpet area. Total cost of ownership mein kitna difference aata hai? Mittal Rajnagar ka high price kya uska carpet area efficiency aur end-user ratio justify karta hai? Kahin ghost society na ban jaaye. Shree Krishna ka price point sunke main bhi attract hua tha, but phir wahi darr lagta hai ki builder carpet area kam na de ya hidden charges itne laga de ki poora budget bigad jaaye. Total cost of ownership mein bahut farak pad jaata hai aise mein. Kya kisi ko actual carpet area ka idea hai Shree Krishna Unione Residency mein?
