Three EMIs down for my 3BHK in Crossings Republik. ₹78L ka project tha. Ab lag raha rent bhi utna hi hota. Is the math actually working in Ghaziabad for buyers? Kya bolte ho?

Yaar, I totally get what you're saying! Hum bhi soch rahe the Ghaziabad mein property lene ka, specifically Ahinsa Khand II mein. But EMIs dekh ke darr lagta hai. Kya sach mein long term mein fayda hota hai ya sirf mental peace ke liye hai?
