Sector 4B keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Delhi-Meerut Expressway aur Hindon Airport ka impact kitna real hai? I'm looking at a 3BHK, budget ₹90L. Crossings Republik ya Vaishali mein, Metro Red Line extension ke paas, kya abhi bhi affordable options hain? Builders toh hype karte hain, but actual price appreciation kahan dikh rahi? Kahan invest karna abhi bhi sahi hai for good ROI?
