Has anyone checked out that Ghaziabad real estate video about buying flats? It talks about rapid growth and new developments, implying better connectivity and amenities there. I'm wondering if things like metro access or expressway links are actually as good on the ground as shown. For new projects, are the promised clubhouses and local facilities like schools/hospitals really coming up quickly? What's your experience with Ghaziabad's infrastructure claims?

Totally agree with you, bhai. Maine Achchheja mein ek project dekha tha do saal pehle, video mein toh green surroundings aur smooth roads dikhayi thi. Jab site visit kiya, toh pura khet tha aur road ka naamोनिश

Yaar, that video looks super polished. But on the ground, Ghaziabad ki reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Connectivity aur amenities toh sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hain, real mein toh traffic aur delays hi milte hain.
