Property prices around Crossings Republik have jumped 15% in the last year, it's insane. I'm in real estate, but for my own buy, I'm confused. Everyone talks about Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro Red Line extension. Mera main doubt hai, are these Ghaziabad infra projects ka appreciation already priced in? Ya abhi bhi koi hidden gems hain near these corridors? Like, Raj Nagar Extension or Siddhartha Vihar – any affordable options left for real growth? Off the record, what's the ground reality on project timelines? Don't want future promises delayed for years.

Yaar, I completely agree with the original post. Prices have gone crazy, especially near Crossings. Mera bhi first home buy hai aur budget tight hai. Toh kya abhi wait karna chahiye ya risk leke book kar dena chahiye? Lagta hai sab kuch already overpriced hai.
Bhai, wait hi karo. Mere friend ne 2 saal pehle book kiya tha, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Bohut risk hai, especially in Ghaziabad.
