Akash Nagar keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Everyone glorifies DME, but Indirapuram appreciation is mostly priced in. Metro Red Line extension aur Eastern Peripheral Expressway ke paas 'affordable' zones mein investment abhi bhi risky hai. Log overhype kar rahe hain. Which Ghaziabad areas will *actually* appreciate from these new infra? Change my mind.
