Raj Nagar Extension — I'm really eyeing flats yahaan. Delhi-Meerut Expressway ne connectivity toh badha di hai, but price appreciation kitna hua hai abhi tak? I'm also looking at areas near the Metro Red Line extension like Vasundhara. My budget is around 70-80L for a 2BHK. Should I wait for Hindon Airport ka full impact ya abhi le lena chahiye? Confused hoon about which infra project will push prices more. Kya lagta hai aapko?
