₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Raj Nagar Extension last year. Delhi-Meerut Expressway ka impact kitna real hai? I just moved in. Kya ye prices aur badhenge? Which areas will benefit most?

Yaar, maine bhi suna hai ki DME ka impact bahut hone wala hai. RNE ke rates toh upar hi jayenge ab. Good decision if you bought there!

Upar toh jayenge, but kitna sustainable hai? Builder ne toh abhi tak possession bhi nahi diya hai sahi se. Maine suna hai kuch projects mein delay bahut hai, especially near Abhay Khand.
