Ghaziabad infra promises: The real cost of waiting

Just got possession of my 3BHK in Crossings Republik in March aur abhi tak lag raha hai ki connectivity issues hain. Builder ne bola tha Eastern Peripheral Expressway aur RRTS se bohot easy ho jayega commute. But yaar, yeh projects kab complete honge seriously? I'm seeing prices around Kala Patthar already jumped, but for how much longer can we wait for the promised infra? My EMI is ₹80K and traffic to Delhi is still a nightmare. Hindon Airport ka bhi hype tha, but is that really making a difference for daily commuters? Lagta hai only speculation chal rahi hai. Should I have waited longer for better infra to be ready? Anyone else bought near these promised corridors like Siddhartha Vihar or Raj Nagar Extension and facing similar delays? Kya karein ab?
