Ghaziabad infra: Will it boost my property value?
My possession was in March for a 2BHK in Siddhartha Vihar, aur abhi settle ho raha hoon. Honestly, shifting ke time toh bas ghar milne ki khushi thi, but ab soch raha hoon market ka kya scene hai. Sab bolte hain Ghaziabad mein infra projects ka bahut impact hoga prices pe. Jaise Delhi-Meerut Expressway, Hindon Airport, aur Metro Red Line extension. Kya yeh sab sach mein property values badhayenge, ya bas hype hai? I'm thinking of maybe another small investment in 2-3 years, but not sure if it's worth it. Jo log pehle se yahan hain, unka kya experience hai? Kis area mein growth dikh rahi hai because of these projects? Vaishali ya Indirapuram mein toh already expensive hai, but Raj Nagar Extension ya Crossings Republik ka future kaisa lagta hai with these infra developments? Opinions please.

Aur Hindon Airport se toh Ghaziabad ki value aur badh gayi hai, especially for people who travel frequently. I think it's not just hype, it's a real driver for growth. Mera bhi plan hai ek investment ka but waiting for the right time.
