Ghaziabad investment: Daily living quality for tenants?
Did a site visit to Mahadev Kaveri and Saraswati Towers this weekend. Honestly, the flats look decent, but I'm thinking long-term for investment. My main concern is how the day-to-day stuff actually plays out. Like, what's the real deal with security systems? They showed CCTVs and guards, but is visitor management actually strict? I'm worried about attracting good tenants if security isn't up to scratch. Also, checked the elevators; they seemed okay, but what's the maintenance response like after a year or two? And water supply – is it reliable, or will tenants face tanker issues? My parents keep saying these small things make a huge difference for resale and rent. Has anyone invested here or nearby and can share their experience on these points? Not sure if these daily operational things really impact ROI as much as I'm thinking.
