Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Raj Nagar Extension and Indirapuram. Fed up of renting yaar, finally thinking of investing in Ghaziabad. Builders seem pretty firm on prices. Does negotiation even work here? Like, kitna realistically knock off ho sakta hai on a 2BHK around ₹60L? Also, secondary market mein kya negotiation scope zyada hota hai? Last thing, are there any hidden charges I should be super careful about, especially near possession? Trying to maximize deal value, not get surprised later.

Haan bhai, Raj Nagar Extension mein bhi yahi haal hai. Abhay Khand mein ek project dekha tha, price sunke dimag kharab ho gaya.
