Investors House mein kuch options dekh raha tha, but amenities ka scene samajh nahi aa raha. Sales brochures mein toh swimming pool, gym, sab dikhate hain, but possession ke baad kya sach mein waise hi milta hai? Yaar, promised vs delivered ka bohot issue suna hai. For an investor, do these fancy clubhouses actually attract better tenants or justify a premium? Ya bas maintenance charges badha dete hain? My EMI vs rent math only works if the property holds value. What about long-term maintenance costs? Has anyone invested in Ghaziabad, especially Investors House, and faced issues with amenities or maintenance charges? Did it impact your resale value or tenant attraction?
