Bhai, Investors House ka toh pata nahi, but mera ek friend hai jisne Ahinsa Khand mein ek project liya tha, similar claims the amenities ke. Possession ke baad na swimming pool chala na gym. Bas naam ka tha. Uske tenants bhi complain karte the fir usne rent thoda kam karna pada. Toh haan, it definitely impacts tenant attraction and indirectly, your rental yield.
