3 site visits to Alkaraj Homes, and I'm still scratching my head about a few things. Mera budget ₹90 lakh tak hai, investor perspective se dekh raha hoon. Construction quality pe bohot doubt hai. Brochure mein acha dikhta hai, but possession ke baad cracks, seepage ka sunke darr lagta hai. Ghaziabad mein common hai yeh sab kya? MK Developers ke projects mein long-term maintenance costs kitne high ho sakte hain? Investors ke liye resale value pe kya impact aata hai? Aur clubhouse, gym, pool – kya tenants actually use karte hain ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Does it really justify premium pricing? ROI pe kya farak padta hai agar amenities underutilized rahen? Koi experienced log batao, Alkaraj Homes ki actual ground reality kya hai?
