Visited SVP Park View Apartments last weekend. Brochure mein jo dikhaya tha aur actual construction quality mein kaafi farak lag raha tha. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, looking to upgrade to a 3BHK for investment. But if projects like SVP Park View have visible cracks ya cheap fittings even before possession, how will it impact long-term maintenance costs and resale value? Builder log promised fancy amenities like a clubhouse. But are these actually maintained, ya just a ghost facility? Will these amenities justify premium pricing if basic construction isn't solid for tenants or resale? Not sure if the price jump is worth it. Kya other investors ne bhi Ghaziabad mein ye quality issues notice kiye hain? What did you do?
