What's the real scene with spot discounts in Ghaziabad projects right now? I'm looking at a 3BHK in Gagan Vihar, maybe KS Builders. Builders often play 'no price drop' policy but then give spot discounts. Secondary market mein better deal mil sakti hai kya? As an investor, where's the max value?
