Renting in Ghaziabad feels like throwing money away, honestly. Fed up of my landlord raising rent again, I'm finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK or 3BHK. Looking at Raj Nagar Extension or Siddhartha Vihar, maybe S S Homes ke projects. But yaar, the all-in cost is so confusing. Builders quote one price, but stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors... sab add karke kitna total banega? I'm trying to figure out the real cost for a 60-80L budget. Also, is it actually smarter to go for a construction-linked payment plan, ya down payment option makes more sense for better ROI? Not sure if pre-launch deals are really discounts or just a marketing gimmick. Any experiences near Delhi-Meerut Expressway projects?
