Ghaziabad investors: Is the snag-list a deal-breaker?
₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, and still builders can't deliver snag-free? I'm based in Dubai, can't do a site inspection myself, so rely on community feedback. Everyone glorifies new projects like Mahadev Kaveri and Saraswati Towers, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality post-possession. Matlab, minor issues toh chalo, but major cracks, seepage, ya fitting problems after 6-12 months? How does that even happen? Honestly, I think this 'snag-list' culture is a huge red flag for investors. Maintenance costs badh jaate hain, tenant bhi complain karega, resale value pe bhi impact aata hai. Is it really worth the hassle? Should I just assume every new flat will need significant repairs within a year? It's frustrating when you're investing from abroad, relying on power of attorney. Are these issues normal for Ghaziabad, or am I expecting too much? I need a property manager, but even they can't fix fundamental construction flaws. Change my mind. Disagree?
