Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated the ground reality in Lal Kuan. I'm eyeing a 3BHK around ₹75L, but monsoon waterlogging reports are a concern. Does this significantly impact resale value or tenant appeal? From my experience, poor drainage hits ROI hard. Are builders like Gaurs or ATS addressing this in their projects there?
