Brochure amenities are a big trap for investors, especially in Ghaziabad. My Eureka Diya Green City experience showed promised clubhouse facilities often stay on paper. Is that fancy gym or swimming pool actually maintained after a year? Resale value pe kya impact aata hai? I've seen this pattern, wondering if others agree, ya sirf mera hi experience aisa hai?

Bhai, bilkul sahi kaha original poster ne. Yeh Eureka Diya Green City ka experience sunke toh aur darr lag raha hai. Maine bhi suna hai ki Ghaziabad mein builders amenities ke naam pe sirf dikhawa karte hain. Mera ek relative hai, unhone bhi Ahinsa Khand mein ek project mein invest kiya tha, bola tha international standard gym hoga, swimming pool hoga. Teen saal ho gaye, abhi tak sirf khaali structure hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh yeh bahut bada trap hai, humein lagta hai ki extra features mil rahe hain, par baad mein bas maintenance ka headache aur
