90L for Ghaziabad? Thoda high lag raha hai for Biharipur. LandCraft ka track record waise bhi mixed hai. Negotiation toh banta hai, builder bas bolte hain no-negotiation. Bigger down payment always gives leverage, but kitna bigger? That's the question for FTHB like us.
