Yaar, Basant Krishna Vatika ki baat kar rahe ho toh capital appreciation ka toh pata nahi, builders figures inflate karte hi hain. But honestly, 18-43L range mein, completed project milna Ghaziabad mein ek relief hai. Par investor ke liye sirf completion nahi, resale value bhi important hai. Kya lagta hai, ismein kitna upside hai ab? Koi real-world data hai kisi ke paas?
