Just shifted to Ramprastha Platinum Premier last month, and honestly, the 'luxury' tag feels like a scam. Everyone talks amenities, but after living here, I think they're mostly for show. Pool's often dirty, gym equipment basic, clubhouse always empty. Maintenance charges are huge for what we actually get. It's all about brochure, not daily utility. Commute tough, traffic horrible. Schools? Good ones are far. Society feels isolated, no real community vibe yet. Paid ₹1.5 Cr thinking it'd be a dream, but it's just meh. Change my mind, is this normal for Ghaziabad? Am I too critical?
