Ghaziabad market: Is it really too late to buy now?

Ghaziabad mein abhi bhi entry lena perfect hai, log bolte hain peak ho gaya, but I disagree. Metro extension aur Hindon Airport connectivity ka impact abhi poora aaya nahi hai. Hum 3BHK dekh rahe hain kids ke school ke paas, maybe Vaishali ya Raj Nagar Extension. Prices are up, but compared to Noida, it's still value. Everyone thinks prices will correct, but will they really? Change my mind.
