Ghaziabad market: My honest investment confusion
Ghaziabad mein property prices abhi bhi badhenge ya peak ho gaye hain? I work in real estate, but buying for myself feels totally different yaar. Dekho, Delhi-Meerut Expressway aur Hindon Airport ki wajah se kaafi hype hai, especially Raj Nagar Extension aur Siddhartha Vihar mein. Builders like Gaurs ya ATS ke projects mein 2BHK jo abhi ₹60-70L mein mil rahe hain, kya unka appreciation potential abhi bhi strong hai? Matlab, 2-3 saal mein kya sahi return milega? I'm looking at a 2BHK for end-use but also future investment. Connectivity to Delhi/Noida toh badh rahi hai, but prices seem to have shot up already. Kya kisi ko lagta hai ki yeh momentum maintain rahega? Off the record, kya real ROI expectations rakhni chahiye? Not sure agar abhi enter karna best time hai ya wait karna chahiye.
