Ghaziabad mein 3BHK ya villa lena abhi sahi move hai ya overvalued ho gaya hai, samajh nahi aa raha. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram and thinking of upgrading. Mera budget ₹80L-₹1.2Cr tak hai. Main Vaishali ya Vasundhara mein 3BHK options dekh raha hoon, ya phir Raj Nagar Extension mein small villa. Is this price jump truly worth it for the appreciation and rental yield, considering the Delhi-Meerut Expressway impact? What's the community's take on ATS or Gaurs for these segments? Should I wait?
