Ghaziabad mein all-in cost ek illusion hai, change my mind.
Visited a few projects in Ram Nagar last weekend, including Swastik Developers ke kuch plots. Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different game. Everyone talks about negotiation, like kitna discount mila, but the real all-in cost? That's where builders get you. You think you've negotiated ₹2-3L off the base price, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC for a better view, parking... it all adds up. Not to mention hidden charges that pop up at possession. I mean, Ram Nagar mein 2BHK ke liye ₹40-50L ka quote milta hai, but final figure ₹60L cross kar jaata hai, easily. Kya yeh sirf mere saath ho raha hai ya Ghaziabad mein sabka yahi haal hai? Is there any real way to pin down the final cost upfront without surprises? Disagree? Tell me why.
