Ghaziabad mein builder quality sirf marketing hai

Just moved into my new 3BHK in Crossings Republik a couple of months back, possession was in March. Gaurs ka project tha, brochure mein sab sahi laga. But moving in, the plaster cracks are already showing, kitchen sink mein seepage. Matlab, 60L diye hain, itni jaldi yeh sab? Things nobody told me before buying. Honestly not sure if it's just my luck or common. Aur maintenance charges ki toh baat hi mat karo. Promised ₹3 per sqft, ab ₹5.50 ho gaya hai. Plus, OC ke time itne saare extra charges laga diye, honestly not sure agar sab legal tha. Has anyone else faced this with Gaurs or any other builder like ATS ya Mahagun in Ghaziabad? Kya karte ho aise mein? Should I complain to RERA or is it just the norm?
