Spent the whole Sunday checking out 3BHK options in Siddhartha Vihar and Crossings Republik. My wife's priority is a safe community for the kids, aur school admission bhi dekhna hai. Gaurs aur Gulshan Homz ke projects dekhe. Brochure mein sab acha lagta hai, but real picture kya hai? I'm worried about actual construction quality after possession. Plaster cracks ya seepage issues kitne common hain? Aur post-possession maintenance charges kitne reasonable hote hain? Sunna hai kuch builders bahut high charge karte hain. Current residents, please share your experience. Hope this helps.

Bhai, you're not alone. I'm also looking in the same areas, especially Crossings Republik. Brochure mein toh sab gold plated dikhate hain, but reality mein construction quality ka darr lagta hai. My friend bought in a reputed project near Ahinsa Khand 1, aur 2 saal mein hi seepage shuru ho gayi. It's a huge investment, can't take chances.
