Ghaziabad projects dekhe last week. Jain Homes 02 compact, budget mein. Sri Sri Homz independent floors, huge but expensive. Itna price difference. Parents bolte hain carpet area efficiency dekho. Should I prioritize more usable space in cheaper Jain Homes or bigger Sri Sri Homz for appreciation? Samajh nahi aa raha.
