Did a site visit to MRS Ultra Luxury Independent Floors last week. Ready-to-move hai toh tension kam hai, but yaar, that 1.60 Cr price tag... Ambuj City ka price toh kam lag raha, but it's still under-construction. I know what builders don't tell you about delays and hidden PLC. Is MRS ka premium worth it for peace of mind, ya Ambuj City mein risk lena theek hai? Builder ka track record bhi matter karta hai. Kya lagta hai, which one is a better long-term bet for Ghaziabad?

Ambuj City ka builder, Ambuj Group hi hai. Unka previous project, Ambuj Heights, Ahinsa Khand 1 mein hai. Usmein thoda delay hua tha, but eventually possession de diya tha. RERA compliance mein they were okay, not excellent.

Haan, delays hote hain but not all builders are bad. RERA ne kaafi control kiya hai. Ambuj City ka RERA status aur builder ka reputation check kar lo. Agar rating achhi hai, toh under-construction mein thoda negotiation scope bhi mil jaata hai.

Yaar, 1.60 Cr for MRS is a lot for Ghaziabad, even for ready-to-move. Ambuj City ka price attractive lag raha hai, but under-construction ka darr toh hai hi. Builder ka track record really matters, especially jab itne bade investment ki baat ho.
