Ghaziabad mein rent itna kyun badh gaya hai?

Honestly, I'm feeling so frustrated trying to find a decent rental in Ghaziabad. I work in this industry, but even for me, it's a mess. Rent has shot up like crazy, especially in areas like Indirapuram and Vaishali. Matlab, 30-40% increase in two years? Is this even sustainable, yaar? Builders toh rate badha dete hain, but services ka kya? I'm seeing brokers gatekeeping everything, making it impossible to connect directly with landlords. They're asking for huge commissions, sometimes two months' rent! And the maintenance clauses, don't even get me started. Who's actually responsible when the AC breaks down or plumbing issues pop up? Society RWA rules are also getting stricter for tenants. Are others facing this too in places like Raj Nagar Extension or Crossings Republik? Or am I just looking in the wrong places for a 2BHK?
