Ghaziabad mein rent ka yeh sudden jump kya sahi hai?

Okay I'll say what no one says — Ghaziabad mein rent itna badh gaya hai, it's getting ridiculous. Seriously, 30-40% jump in two years? Matlab, is it even justified ya bas landlords ko lagta hai ki they can demand anything? I'm looking for a 2BHK near Indirapuram or Vaishali, and the prices are just insane now. Pehle itna nahi tha. And don't even get me started on brokers. Lagta hai direct landlord se baat karna impossible hai. Har jagah brokers hi dikhte hain, aur unki charges alag. Koi way out hai kya from this broker raj? Should young professionals like us just accept these high rents and broker fees, ya koi alternative hai Ghaziabad mein? Change my mind if you think it's fair.
