Been crunching numbers for months now, and honestly, Ghaziabad ka rent vs buy situation samajh nahi aa raha. I work in this field, toh I know the builder ki marketing speech, but jab khud ke liye dekho toh sab alag lagta hai. Ek 2BHK ₹60L ka Indirapuram mein, EMI 45k jaa rahi hai. Same flat ka rent मुश्किल से 18-20k mil raha hai. Even in Raj Nagar Extension, for a ₹75L 3BHK, EMI is around 55k but rent barely touches 25k. The gap is huge yaar. Log kehte hain appreciation hoga, but itna time lagega to cover the EMI-rent difference? What's the real rental yield reality here? Am I just looking at the short term? Anyone else feel like this math doesn't add up for Ghaziabad?

Yaar, thank god someone said it! Main bhi exactly yahi soch raha tha. Ghaziabad mein rent itna low hai ki ROI toh zero lagta hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. Itna bada EMI, aur rent se cover karna impossible hai.
