Humara current ghar bech ke ek compact flat lena hai, jo low maintenance ho aur hospital ke paas ho. Windsor Majesty upcoming hai, toh possession mein kitna time lagta hai? Ivory Tower ready hai kya? Builder ka track record kaisa hai, especially for timely delivery? Aur society formation, RWA ka kya scene hai in Ivory Tower? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

Ghaziabad mein builders ka toh haal hi kharab hai, especially for timely delivery. Mera ek friend ka project Ahinsa Khand 1 mein 2 saal late ho gaya, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Windsor Majesty ka 2030 possession date, yeh toh bas paper pe hai, actual mein aur late hoga hi. Puraane projects ka track record dekho pehle, tabhi invest karo. First-time buyers ke liye ye bahut bada risk hai.
Ghaziabad market abhi unstable hai, better to wait or buy ready. Upcoming projects mein bahut uncertainty hai.
Totally agree U4. Builders usually delay. But sometimes, ready-to-move options like Ivory Tower are better for peace of mind, even if slightly costlier. No RERA issues then, aur aapko pata hota hai aap kya buy kar rahe ho, no surprises.
U4, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. My cousin booked in Ahinsa Khand 1, project was supposed to be delivered in 2021, abhi tak incomplete hai. Builders promise everything but deliver nothing. Windsor Majesty ka price range bhi ₹2.1 Cr – ₹2.9 Cr hai for upcoming, seems too high for Ghaziabad considering the risks and delays.
Ivory Tower ready hai, toh possession ka tension nahi hai wahan. Lekin usme prices kya chal rahe hain for a compact flat? Aur RWA ka kya scene hai, active hai ya nahi? Maintenance charges kaise hain? Agar ready hai toh turant shift ho sakte hain, which is a big plus for me.
Windsor Majesty ka brochure toh achha lag raha hai, modern designs hain. But upcoming hai toh possession ka hi tension hai. 2030 tak wait karna padega kya? Bahut lamba time hai yaar, aur builder delays ka toh alag hi darr rehta hai. Mera budget bhi limited hai, itne saal EMI aur rent dono kaise manage karunga?
2030 is too far. I need something sooner, maybe 2025-2026 max. Itna wait karne ka koi point nahi, especially jab market conditions itni uncertain hain.
Haan U2, sahi keh rahe ho. Windsor Majesty ka RERA date 2030 Feb hai (UPRERAPRJ526132/04/2025 mein dekha tha). Ye toh bahut door ki baat hai. Mere ek relative ka project bhi late hua tha Achchheja mein, toh ab kisi bhi upcoming project pe trust nahi hota. Bahut risky lagta hai.
