My possession was in March for a 3BHK in Park City, Shalimar Garden. Abhi bhi soch raha hoon, kya main aur negotiate kar sakta tha? Builder ne bola tha "fixed price", but later I heard ki log Ghaziabad mein 5-7% tak discount le lete hain. Especially in secondary market deals, I feel wahan zyada negotiation scope hota hai. Anyone manage a significant price cut on new projects here? Or is resale the only way to get a better total cost?

Sahi pakda hai bhai! Builder log hamesha fixed price bolte hain, but andar hi andar adjustment ho jaati hai. Especially in Ghaziabad, current market thodi slow hai, toh negotiation scope ban jata hai. Mujhe bhi Park City mein interest tha, but then I thought, kya pata aur discount milta?
Totally agree yaar! Mere friend ne Abhay Khand mein liya tha, usko bhi pehle bola fixed hai, but last moment pe 1.5% ka discount mila. Aapko kuch mila tha
